I wanted to start this article with a study conducted by a renowned entity in the United States on porosity. But do you know why I was going to start with this article? Because I was afraid, yes, afraid! but afraid of what? I was afraid to tell you my story in English because I am not fluent in the language yet. But here I am, with my heart open, my translator and a few natives correcting what I write :).

My name is Leidi Trujillo, I am the founder of Aiyana Natural and I am Colombian from a very beautiful town in Colombia called Girardot.
Girardot, for heat lovers, is an excellent place to go on vacation. It enjoys a temperature around 90°F. In addition, it has a very typical gastronomy of the sector such as tamales, lake fish, lechona and other dishes that drive anyone who tries them crazy (I declare myself a fan). It really is a very beautiful city and worth visiting if you travel to Colombia. In Girardot I lived the first years of my life and then I moved to the city of Bogota. City that I love and respect very much. And here it was, in Bogota where this dream called Aiyana Natural was born.

I will begin to tell you my story of how I became an entrepreneur. Around the age of 20, I began to suffer from low self-esteem because I felt unattractive. At that same age I started university to study biomedical engineering (a profession from which I am a graduate). This career was too difficult for a young woman who studied, worked and had emotional difficulties. The three previous factors came together and began to affect my health. The first thing that was affected was my hair. My hair started to fall out excessively. It lost volume, definition, it did not grow. One day after seeing my hair that way I realized I needed help. The first thing I did, of course, was seek psychological help, then seek help from hair care experts.
I had the firm hope of recovering my hair, for this reason, I decided to ally myself with several recognized companies in the market and with others not so much. However, none managed to give my hair that hair restoration. At that time I was already in my third year of college and began to acquire technical knowledge about natural processes on human health. So I decided to acquire more knowledge about this and began to study on my own about nature and the body of the human being. I read books, I went to seminars, I met with experts in the field and there I discovered that the restoration of my hair was in my hands.
I began to make various chemical and natural formulas until I designed the most suitable product for my hair type. My hair is curly so with my formula I was able to make it grow, it was more abundant and finally it was defined. Realizing my result I wanted to share my formula with friends and family with the same hair type as me. Everyone was happy and told me that I should put this product up for sale. I listened very carefully to these recommendations and began to make my first fruit-based shampoos and treatments, but this time for sale.
My product was so well received in Colombia that I felt the need to ally myself with a giant laboratory in Colombia that is in charge of carrying out the entire product process so that today our products reach every home with all the necessary biosecurity measures for use. Today my company is a large company that has collaborators who make the dream called Aiyana Natural come true every day, but the most important thing they do is provide each client with a unique experience. We want you to feel guided, happy, but above all safe to take home the best natural products for the care of your hair.
